I got this from a second hand store. This store is just 1 town away from a super wealthy community. I have been pulling paintings out of there for some time. I looked up John M. Reinhard and i did find information on him. Lived from 1893-1959. Probably an American artist possibly from California . Here are a few links to the painting:

Yes, it’s an original painting and not a print.
As to how collectible he is as an artist, I’m not sure. But some of his work has sold at auction.

You might get between $500.00 to $1200.00 dollars should you want to sell it but probably not much more. He is not a ‘major’ landscape artist according to art collectors.
