Someone wants to help me with a design problem?

I am designing a Faun "based website. In Flash I need to have an eagle fly from the top of the stage and land on top of one of the letters in the logo of the site. I'm comfortable doing. My problem is this: can I buy footage of an eagle and then extract it on the merits in each individual? Do I need find an artist to draw it frame by frame? Is there something more easy (not to mention cheaper) than my inexperience led me neglect? Thank you for help.

I think you need to evaluate whether your client is willing to spend their budgets entire Web on a single effect.
